[grsec] Grsecurity + apache listening on multiple ports + excessive load

Interesting... Not much use to you, but I'm doing something similar and 
I'm _not_ having this problem. I'm running two chroot-ed web-servers, both 
bound to two ports each, on a Debian Sarge box with a 2.4 kernel and grsec 
compiled in. Load is normal.

I am, however, running Apache 1, not 2.
