If I remove the -fno-pic -fno-pie and let it be an ET_DYN/PIE then it
works fine, so long as I turn off all the protections on it.

Yes I realized that shortly after I opened my mouth, anyways it works fine
so long as I change its permissions and make it a PIE/ET_DYN executable,
however specifying that it shouldnt be pic/pie doesn't appear to work, no
matter what is done, however thats a side issue for me as I have no
problem letting it be poisition independant so long as I can debug it, and
i can. Thanks for the help though.
