[grsec] Problem with grsec and awstats

Hi,

I'm running debian sarge with 2.6.11.9 and grsec patch
grsecurity-2.1.5-2.6.11.9-200505121617.patch.gz.
I have awstats 6.4-1 installed and cgi script is called
via shell script. Problem is, that sometime is cgi script killed
by grsec (not everytime, it's accidental).
I have no PaX enable in 2.6.11.9 and in Grsec configuration
is set Medium level and restrictions to /proc.

dmesg write:
grsec: signal 11 sent to /usr/lib/cgi-bin/awstats.pl[awstats.pl:21101]
uid/euid: 33/33 gid/egid:33/33, parent /usr/local/bin/awstats-update-script[awstats-update-:15371] uid/euid:33/33 gid/egid:33/33

Any idea what could be the problem or any way how to debug it ?
