[grsec] Bind segfaults on restart linux-2.4.29-2.1.1

Strange, I got 2.4.29 running with grsecurity-2.1.1-2.4.29-200501231159
on a Debian Sarge. What version of bind are you using, I got 9.2.4 with
some patches (debian ;-) ).
