[grsec] include in gradm2

Hello!

How is the include directive expected to work?
1. does it have to be used on a file (w/ absolute/relative path)
2. does it work on a directory, including all the files in the directory
3. could it be used to add some lines to a subject, adding:
	/etc/ld.so.cache r
	/etc/ld.so.preload r
	/lib/ld-linux.so.2 x
	/lib/libc.so.6 rx
to a file and using it like:
subject somefile o {
	...
	include <filename>
	...
}
