[grsec] Pre-release of grsecurity 2.1.5 for 2.4.30/2.6.11.6

I've placed grsecurity 2.1.5 for 2.4.30 and 2.6.11.6 in:

Changes since 2.1.4 include:
*Minor code cleanups
*Addition of the "always-reduce-path" directive in learn_config 
 mentioned on the list
*Fixed full learning crashing bug in gradm
*The writable library check in the RBAC system is now only done on 
 regular files (this fixes the problem some people saw with applications 
 mmaping /dev/zero executable)
*The logged names of resource limits has been fixed on architectures 
 that define their own resource limit #define order (sparc64, ia64, etc)
*PaX updates that fix mlock failing on applications where segmexec was 
 enabled but mprotect was disabled

If there are no problems, these patches will be released tomorrow 
officially.
