[grsec] PAX_SECURE_VSYSCALL

This mail is partially to test to make sure the mailing list is still 
working, and also to inform that the removal of PAX_SECURE_VSYSCALL in 
the latest test patch doesn't mean the feature was removed -- in fact 
the feature it involved is now in place by default.
