[grsec] linux-2.6.18.1 patch

Hi folks,

today I rediffed the current grsec patch for the 2.6.18 kernel to apply
against the recent linux-2.6.18.1.
While trying to patch it using the official grsec patch, the patching
of following files failed:
arch/i386/mm/boot_ioremap.c
include/asm-sparc64/page.h

Attached to this mail is a log file of the failed patching and the
mentioned rediffed version that applies against linux-2.6.18.1.

[NOTE]
I haven't done functional testings till now but the kernel builds!
