What version of grsecurity are you using?  This looks like the same 
problem reported here:
http://forums.grsecurity.net/viewtopic.php?p=6030
which was fixed in the 2.6.17 patch

errno 513 is defined in include/linux/errno.h as ERESTARTNOINTR, an 
error which userland will never actually see.
