[grsec] grsecurity 2.1.9 updated for 2.4.33/2.6.17.8

That's a known bug on some systems with 2.4 and the UDEREF feature.  The 
PaX team is working on resolving it and updated grsec patches will be 
uploaded soon (within the next few days hopefully).
