[grsec] make error : > 2.6.10-ac10 + grsecurity-2.1.0-2.6.10-200501081640.patch

Hello, 
I am trying to compile the grsecurity patch
grsecurity-2.1.0-2.6.10-200501081640.patch  with 
alan cox kernel patch 2.6.10-ac10.

i am getting make error 

1) patched the kernel 2.6.10 with ac patch 
2) then i have patch the kernel again with grsecurity patch
3) make 

i got error on the file  arch/sysctl.c

does anybody know, how can i use the both patches together
