[grsec] Release candidate of grsecurity 2.1.0 for 2.4.28/2.6.10, please test

Hi there, I am now running grsec 2.1.0 on a 2.6.10 kernel in a ppc system.
I'm doing learning on a policy  based off the distributed with gradm2.1.0

Everything is running fine, with no aparent problems.

this is a ibook laptop, and I'm not using exec protection..
