[grsec] Update: proftpd 1.2.10 sigsegv's

After narrowing down most if not all of my segfault issues to proftpd's
mod_delay, I recompiled it without mod_delay.

I then ran a day on kernel 2.6.10, and had no problems. Today I am
running it with 2.6.10-as2-grsec-20050124, and I have seen zero
problems.

At this point I do not think it was caused by grsecurity. Which makes me
very happy, as I LOVE grsecurity!
