[grsec] How to list total user resource usage

Hi, I'd like to request a new feature. When all users processes are
hidden from all other users, it would be nice to somehow let the others
know how much total CPU-time, memory etc that each user uses, without
listing their individual processes. The most convenient way would be for
a dummy process to be listed when you run top, if that is possible.
That is because it frequently happens that a users process starts being
a resourcehog, dont get killed at logout, etc. Then its easier for the
users to contact the user concerned directly instead of having to ask
sysadmin why the system is not responding properly.
Or is this better solved in a different way?
Thanks
