you'd have to strace -f the server process(es) and send us the logs, we have to
see what syscall is failing. also, what is your kernel .config and /proc/cpuinfo
(in particular i'm wondering if you're using SEGMEXEC or PAGEEXEC, you can check
it in /proc/<pid>/status for a given process)?
