[grsec] Notice of server upgrade

Hi all,

This is just a quick notice that the server upgrade was completed 
yesterday for the machine that hosts the grsecurity website, mailing 
list, forums, etc.  The harddrive of the old server died sometime last 
week.  Only mailing list/forum posts since I posted the downtime 
announcement on the forums on the 13th were lost.

This message also serves to check to make sure the mailing list is 
operating correctly on the new server.

The new server is a Sun Fire V210, 2x 1.34ghz UltraSparc IIIi with 4GB 
RAM, so you should notice the site is now a bit snappier as well.
