The PaX team is away for a few days.  Last I checked, x64 UDEREF support 
was being put on hold (possibly permanently?)  The next official 
grsecurity/PaX release will be done soon without support for the 
feature.  We've been working lately on fixing a number of bugs in the 
2.6 port of both patches.
