[grsec] followup about expand_stack

I'm aware of that message, but people on Grsecurity forums have reported
having OOPS output even without SEGV signal handler routine. I have tested
2.6.18.2-grsec with and without Brad's patch and I don't see any
difference in behaviour -- that's why I am asking.
