[grsec] grsecurity 2.1.7 2.4.31/2.6.13 test patches

Hi everyone,

I've placed 2.1.7 test patches for 2.4.31 and 2.6.13 at 
http://grsecurity.net/~spender/

The hash table implementation used in the RBAC system and the IP address 
tagging functions has been converted to chained hash tables, which 
offer better long-run performance, halve the requirement of contiguous 
virtual memory, and fix a rare problem with the previous 
implementation.  Since this was an extensive change to the core of the 
system, RBAC users are particularly encouraged to help test this 
release.  Among the other changes in this release are gcc4 fixes, a fix 
for the sigalrm bug reported on the mailing list, PaX updates, and 
other minor bugfixes.
