[grsec] UML strange problem...

Hi,

I am trying UML on a 2.6.11.y kernel (y=5 || y=9)

Host Kernel has been patched with grsec and ck patchset.
Pax is enabled but not used...

intserver:~/UML/usr/bin# ./linux
Killed
intserver:~/UML/usr/bin# strace ./linux
execve("./linux", ["./linux"], [/* 20 vars */]) = 0
+++ killed by SIGKILL +++

The same uml-kernel runs on 2.4.30-lck with & without grsec.
The uml-kernel is a vanilla 2.6.11 (but the same behaviour is shown by
2.4.25 kernels compiled over 1 year ago)

Why I can't strace the executable ? (RBAC is not enabled)
Is therea any known issue about this ?
