[grsec] 2.6.11 with grsec-2.1.2 oops

Hi 

I have fedora core 3 with 2.6.11 kernel with grsec 2.1.2 

I found this reproductible bug: 

compile the kernel with .config i've sent 

rmmod ide-cd
modprobe ide-scsi 

#Insert a Audio CD in your CD-ROM and play a track
cdda2wav -D 0,0,0  -e -N  -t 1 /dev/null 

rmmod ide-scsi 

Kernel oops , but freezes after few second :-O
The oops info is written is /var/log/messages.
