[grsec] [Bug 2516] Getting "421 Login Timeout" immediately upon connect

No idea about proftpd.. 
But the above is just painfully wrong. your /usr/include/linux should be
the headers you built libc against. Doing what your doing results in
bugs. (probably like this one)
